  • E-Challenge
    • Business plan competition for full time University students
  • Entrepreneurial Workshops
    • Workshops for University and secondary school students
  • School Company Partnership
    • Company sponsored entrepreneurial training program for secondary school students
  • Speaker Forums
    • Promotes the spirit of entrepreneurial excellence
  • Happy Hour Drinks
    • Informal gatherings of members with accomplished speakers invited from private and public sectors

  • A formal membership structure and leadership promotion mechanism has been put in place to more effectively attract and deploy YDC’s valuable human resources – our Members!
  • YDC’s membership is divided into two tiers:
    • General Members
    • YDC Leaders
  • We aim to provide a platform for our Members to:
    • Enlarge their scope of involvement in YDC’s programs
    • Expand their personal network with like-minded professionals
    • Enrich their personal leadership experience
    • Enhance their sense of identification with the organization and society

  • Anyone who shares YDC’s vision
  • Previous participants of YDC activities, such as alumni of E-Challenge and School-Company Partnership
  • HK$100/years (full time undergraduate students waived)

YDC Leaders
  • Active participant in at least one of the following YDC programs for 2 years or more:
    • Mentor for E-Challenge
    • Judge for E-Challenge
    • SCP Ambassador
    • Speaker for Entrepreneurial Workshop
    • Management role for any other YDC programs
  • Nomination required from 2 existing YDC Leaders
  • Approval of acceptance by the Leaders Nomination Committee
Program Coordinators
  • Nominated from among YDC Leaders
  • Appointment by the Board

  • Provide strategic guidance of YDC
  • By invitation of the Board or nomination from YDC Leaders
  • Staggered rotational retirement annually
  • Basic tenure for 3 years
