Online Pre-registration

Hong Kong Business Plan Competition (HKBP) contestants must currently be part-time or full-time students, alumni, researchers, faculty, and staff from local universities (overseas students with affiliation to a local university are welcome). Each participant is only permitted to register for one account. All information, including personal data, submitted below will be used for activities relating to HKBP only.

The team size is limited from 2 to 7 members. Mixed teams with team members from different levels, disciplines and universities / institutes are allowed. Each member can join up to 3 teams and maximum number of entries submitted by a team is 2. For entrants who join more than 1 team, he / she can only participate in one of them if both of the teams are selected to the final round. A team leader should be identified for each team to manage the team information, register business ideas and handle the competition submissions. The team leader will also be the point-of-contact to YDC. Please note that each individual can be the team leader for one team only.

All teams are expected to abide by the specific rules stipulated above. HKBP organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submittal that fails to conform to the rules or the spirit of the competition.

The Pre-registration process consists of 3 Parts:

• Personal & Academic Information
• Others

Upon completion and submission of the above information, the team leader will receive an email confirmation in which the Team ID and Password will be given for Workshop Registration and Information Update.
