Online Pre-registration
YDC E-Challenge 2008 contestant must currently be a full-time tertiary-level student in Hong Kong. Each student can only register one account. All information including personal data submitted below will only be used for activities relating to YDC E-Challenge.
The team size is limited from 2 to 7 members. Team members can come from different level, disciplines and universities / institutes. Each member can join up to 3 teams. However, he / she can only participate in one team, if both of the teams are selected to the final round. Please make sure all of your team members know about this before you decide to join other teams. YDC will not bare any responsibility on this.
One team should have 1 team leader who will manage the team information and handle the online submissions. Team leader will also be the point-of-contact to YDC. Please note that each member can be the team leader for one team only.
The Pre-registration process consists of 3 Parts:
- Team Information
- Personal & Academic Information
- Others
After completing and submitting the above information, the team leader will receive an email confirmation in which the Team ID and Password will be given for Workshop Registration and Information Updates.
